As a Service Manager every day offers something new.  This is not a 9 to 5 Monday to Friday position, it’s a role that includes lots of problem solving, keeping a calm head and ensuring you are always focused to move the business forward.


The greatest thing about GLL is the support you receive.  I’m not just talking about from your line managers – the many courses and training days you attend give you the opportunity to meet great people – it’s the people that keep you motivated.


Working for GLL is not like working for other companies.  The standards demanded of you are high but the training you receive and the opportunities to progress are second to none.
