GLL is currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to work at Donyngs Leisure Centre within Reigate & Banstead. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by generating sales enquiries, through outreach activities and referrals.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Proactively generating customer enquiries through outreach and referrals
• Ensuring that every customer sales enquiry is dealt with through the appropriate sales process
• Identifying customer needs and presenting services that match these
• Confidently overcoming objections and closing sales

The successful candidate must have:

• Previous experience of working in a similar role / sales environment
• A positive ‘can do’, results driven approach and attitude
• Motivation and drive to deliver excellent Customer Service, providing a high standard of customer care
• Committed, excellent communication skills, ambition to succeed
